This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what we will and will not do with it. It is written in plain English on purpose. If something here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.

Who we are

Summit Capital Alliance LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Summit Capital Alliance LLC.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request the Before-You-Wire Checklist or any other resource, you give us your first name and email address. If you later reply to an email, book a call, or send us a message, we keep what you send.

Information collected automatically. Our website and email tools are operated on our behalf by GrowthHub365, which is built on the GoHighLevel platform. When you visit a page or open an email, that platform records standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visited, the time of your visit, and which links you clicked. It also sets cookies that are necessary for pages and forms to work.

We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or third-party analytics trackers on this site.

We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, account numbers, financial statements, or any other sensitive personal or financial information through this website. If a page ever asks you for that, it is not ours.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We never have and we will not.

We do not rent, trade, or share your information with other marketers, list brokers, sponsors, operators, or anyone else looking to pitch you.

We do not share your information with real estate operators or sponsors. Downloading a checklist does not put you on anyone else's list.

Who else touches your information

We use service providers to run the business. They may process your information only to provide their service to us, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. If we are ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, contact records may transfer as part of that transaction.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact record for as long as you are subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records. If you ask us to delete it, we will, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

Your choices

Unsubscribe. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are off the list. You keep whatever you already downloaded.

Access, correction, or deletion. Email [email protected] and tell us what you want. We will confirm your identity and respond within 30 days.

State privacy rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and a growing number of other states have specific rights over their personal information, including the right to know what is collected, to have it deleted, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or of targeted advertising. We honor those requests from anyone who asks, regardless of where they live, because drawing a line by state seemed like the wrong way to handle it. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on those two points.

Do Not Track. Browsers send this signal inconsistently and there is no agreed standard for responding to it. We do not track you across other websites, so it does not change what we do.

Security

We use the security controls provided by our platform, including encryption in transit. No system is perfect, and no one can promise otherwise. What we can tell you is that we collect very little, we do not store anything financial, and we do not pass your information to third parties who want to sell you something.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so in an email rather than quietly editing the page.

One thing this policy does not cover

This site and the resources on it are educational. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice, and nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Real estate investments involve risk, including loss of principal. Consult your own licensed attorney, CPA, and financial professional before making any investment decision.
